To order directly from the online catalogue using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, we ask that you first register to facilitate your shopping experience. Then, follow the prompts to fill in the necessary shipping and billing information and to submit your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order as well as a second notice when it has been shipped.

Shipping charges in India based on order amount
- Upto ₹ 500: ₹ 50
- ₹ 500 and above: Free
Please note that Books, Pictures, Calendars, Cassettes, and CDs are sent by Registered Book Post (RBP) or by courier in separate packets. Shipping charges for Calendars will be separate (per slab given in that page).
International Orders
We have a limited set of products that can be shipped internationally, such as Yogoda Satsanga Magazine, YSS Lessons in Indian languages etc. Please contact us if you would like to order them.
Shipping Charges: Typically, it is ₹ 300 – 1500 per package depending on the country and weight of the package.
Your order is usually sent out within 2 working days (or as per the products subscription schedule) by India Post (international air parcel). Estimated time to delivery is upto 10-14 working days, but may be more depending on the country. For these reasonably priced shipping options we do not obtain tracking information. We appreciate your patience with respect to delivery time.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return the item as follows:
- Books and calendars: may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- CDs/DVDs: may be returned, unopened, for a full refund.
Refunds are processed once we receive the item(s) within 10 working days and it may take an additional 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in your card/bank account.
We suggest you ship the product(s) by Register Book Post/a good courier, or by some other trackable means. Kindly include the invoice or packing slip with the return.
We will refund your shipping costs to return the item to us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Important: Due to the non-returnable nature of services and digital products, the following are non-refundable:
- eBooks
- MP3 downloads
- Donations
- Event Registration fee (unless the Event is canceled by YSS)
- Other digital products
