For the 10th UN International Day of Yoga, YSS sannyasi Swami Lalitananda Giri conducts an introductory session on yoga-meditation in English. The session is specifically designed for truth-seekers to discover how inner balance and calmness can be preserved under all circumstances of their daily life.

This programme commences with an introduction to Paramahansa Yogananda and his teachings. Following that, Swami Lalitananda leads the participants through a guided meditation session which includes the practice of the correct posture, preliminary breathing exercises, an affirmation, and a visualization.
