Yogoda Satsanga Vidyalaya received Mukhyamantri Swachcha Vidyalaya Puraskar—2020, successively for the second time. The award was conferred upon by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Sri Hemant Soren, on December 03, 2020. The school was rated a 5-star, and stood the solo winner from Ranchi district to receive the award amongst 9 other participant-schools from the State.
A sum of two lakh (₹ 2,00,000) was sanctioned by the State Government for encouraging the school management to adopt further cleanliness measures, and to develop infrastructure within the specified criteria. As the school is reaching out to serve the under-served, augmentation of other student-facilities such as laboratories, multi-purpose hall, and sports ground, etc. is also underway.
