In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship sannyasi Swami Saralananda Giri shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how introspection can help us to develop our full potential — physically, mentally, and spiritually. By looking at ourselves impartially we can better identify our good and bad habits, and how to positively focus on the good qualities we want to develop. A regular practice of introspection will allow us to receive the greatest benefits on the path of self-improvement and joyful soul-unfoldment — helping us to have deeper meditations and achieve true inner happiness and attunement with God’s love, peace, and joy.
