A one-day online retreat in English was conducted by YSS sannyasis on Sunday, October 24, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (IST).
The theme of the retreat was “Changing Our Mortal Consciousness” and included group practice of the YSS/SRF Energization Exercises, periods of silent meditation, kirtan, and an inspirational talk.
The retreat was held in two sessions:
- Session 1: 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (IST)
- Session 2: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (IST)
